Detailed Description
In today’s lesson, students will practise vocabulary related to souvenirs through conversation, matching exercises, a quiz game, and a whiteboard activity. The lesson begins with a warm-up conversation about travelling and buying souvenirs, followed by a vocabulary exercise to name eight common souvenirs. Students will then match questions about souvenirs to their corresponding answers, before participating in a quiz game to test their knowledge. Finally, the class will play a whiteboard game called Souvenir Categories to brainstorm different types of souvenirs based on categories such as clothing, food, and art. This lesson plan is suitable for A1+ beginners, lower-intermediate and intermediate ESL students and can be adapted for online classes.
